This course serves as the culmination of students’ Mercy Core Curriculum experience, inviting them to consider what comes next as CSM graduates. Students will reflect on Mercy Core learning to understand their own leadership attributes and will practice leadership in their communities, their professions, and their personal lives. The course culminates with development of a personal mission statement that integrates Core and professional learning and reflects CSM’s mission and values. Presentation of a final integrative project at Scholar Experience Day is required.
