This graduate level course focuses on the exploration of evidence-based teaching and learning practices for adult learners related to the professional’s field. Through observation and analysis of selected teaching and learning environments, learners will gain an awareness of what makes teaching and learning effective in one’s professional practice. Reflection of these experiences along with scholarly research will be completed to explain knowledge and skills gained through observations.
